Reciproc镍钛单支锉预备系统的特性 被引量:1

摘要 根管预备是根管治疗中最关键的步骤[1].预备器械的发展从手用锉到机用锉的出现极大提高了根管预备的效率和效果.传统机用镍钛锉为多支挫的联合运用,为了进一步提高工作效率,首先由Yared在2008年将单支锉成功用于临床[2].该系统使用一支锉可完成根管预备全过程,不需要频繁更换锉针.2011年,两款往复运动单支锉WaveOne与Reciproc相继面市.这使得牙体牙髓病专科医师在根管预备中有了更多的选择.而Reciproc的优点在实验研究和临床运用中逐渐显现,本文将从以下几方面作一综述.
