摘要 针对LCM的生产测试要求,设计了一种基于FPGA的高清LCM在线检测仪,该仪器具有体积小、成本低、操作简单、兼容性和可扩展性强等优点。该系统分为软件和硬件两大部分:上位机软件负责在线配置硬件,硬件部分以FPGA为控制核心,负责产生相应LCM所需要的驱动信号,最终显示LCM特定的测试图片。经实验调试分析发现,本LCM在线检测仪可以实现脱机下的LCM驱动显示,支持RGB、LVDS、MIPI等主流的显示接口,并可驱动分辨率在2 560×1 600以内的高清LCM的显示测试。 Aiming at the production test requirement of LCM, a high definition LCM online detector based on FDGA is designed, and it has the advantages of small size, low cost, simple operation, strong compatibility and expandability. The system is divided into two parts: software and hardware. PC software is responsible for the online configuration of hardware, and the hardware part takes the FPGA as the control core, and it is responsible for generating the corresponding LCM required drive signal. Finally, the specific LCM test picture is displayed. After the experimental begugging analysis, it is found that the LCM online detector can realize offlinc LCM driver display, support RGB, LVDS, MIPI and other mainstream display interface, and can drive the display test of the high definition LCM with a resolution less than 2 560×1 600.
