Theoretical Foundation, Difficulties and Path of Economy Should Insist on People-centered——Review of the 8th China Seminar About Economics on Human Development

经济发展坚持以人民为中心体现了社会主义的本质规定性,核心在于坚持人民主体地位,实现人民共建共享。以人民为中心发展思想必须坚持以马克思主义为理论基础,准确把握好以人民为中心"人民"的科学内涵。资本导向的传统经济发展形成人发展的约束条件并导致经济发展"人民性"弱化,其突出表现为劳动者主体地位被虚化、公有制经济主体性弱化、不利于人发展的制度强化和资本对劳动的异化等导致人的片面化发展。坚持以人民为中心发展经济重点是要建立与以人民为中心相适应的社会生产关系,坚持社会主义基本经济制度、公有制经济和劳动主体地位,培育以人民为中心发展经济的新动力;完善制度保障体系和经济发展模式。

Economic development adheres to the basic principle of taking people as center embodies the essence of socialism, the core lies in the status of the people＇s subjective position and to realize share development. The people-centered development idea must adhere to Marxism as the theoretical foundation; grasp the scientific connotation of ＂people-centered＂ correctly. Traditional capital-driven economic development constraints people development and weaken the nature of people, which embodied as the subjective position of labor is blurred, the subjective position of public- owned economy is weakened. Those kind of weakening are not conducive to the development of human development, and the alienation of capital to labor leads to the one-sided development of human beings. Therefore, we should adheres to the focus of people＇s economic development, the key is to build and people-centered social production relations, adhere to the socialist basic economic system, the subjective position of the public-owned economy and labor, cultivate people- centered economic development momentum, so as to improve the institutional guarantee system and the model of economic development.
