多重机遇叠加下广西生态经济系统可持续发展研究

Sustainable Development of Guangxi Economic Ecosystem in Multiple Opportunities Superimposed

为动态评价在西部大开发、中国—东盟合作及"一带一路"等多个国家战略叠加下广西生态经济系统的发展趋势以及可持续性,文章在应用能值分析方法与指标体系基础上,结合K-均值聚类分析,以广西2004—2014年统计数据为依据,测算出期间各年度主要能量流、经济流及各子系统评价指标。广西应利用水能资源优势开发电力,不断加大对外开放的力度,增加对东盟国家输入资源的利用,在产业发展与承接东部产业转接中主力发展循环经济,注重保护和改善生态环境,实现人与自然的和谐共生。

For dynamic evaluation in the development trend and sustainability of Guangxi economic ecosystem with multiple national strategies such as China＇s Western Campaign, China-ASEAN Cooperation and One Belt One Road, we measured annual energy flow, economic flow and each subsystem evaluation index of Guangxi by using energy analysis and K-means cluster analysis based on data from 2004 to 2014. In view of the current situation of the development of Guangxi, the following suggestions are put forward： develop electric power by using hydropower resources and increase use of renewable resources; develop circular economy in undertaking the eastern industrial transfer, pay attention to protecting and improving ecological environment, realize harmonious coexistence of man and nature.
