陕西省红色旅游发展存在红色旅游组织载体发展缓慢、人才队伍匮乏、创新发展不足、文化资源开发不充分等问题,其红色旅游追赶超越发展的思路和对策是:依托地方特色旅游资源,大力促进区域内红色旅游发展;加强区际合作,实现区域间红色旅游的联动发展;加强宣传推广活动,深化红色旅游国际化合作;加强红色旅游组织载体、人才队伍建设;创新红色旅游管理体制、旅游线路、旅游产品,构建合理的旅游公共服务体系;加强文化资源挖掘研究,实现文化与红色旅游融合发展。

Recently, the red- tourism in Shaanxi Province has the problems of low development of tourist organization, lack of talents, weak innovation, and inadequate cultural resource development. The countermeasures of pursuant and surmountable development of red-tourism are： based on local featured tourist resource, promote the red-tourism in Shaanxi Province; enforce regional cooperation to realize regional linkage development; enforce marketing and promotion of international cooperation of red-tourism; strengthen the carrierconstruction gradually of the red-tourism organizations and the talent teams; achieve the innovation in all aspects of the red-tourism and the development deeply on the level of cultural resources, which could promotes the integrity development between regional culture and red- tourism; Finally achieving the goal of pursuant and surmountable development in Shaanxi Province red-tourism.
