摘要
文章以中国热带农业科学院环境与植物保护研究所为例,通过对该农业科研单位青年科技人才的现状分析,指出青年科技人员成长过程中存在的问题,并从组织、个人、社会和工作等方面分析青年科技人员的培训需求,提出加强农业科研单位青年科技人员培训的途径,如遵循青年科技人员成长规律,制订有针对性的培训开发计划;基于青年科技人员晋升通道,分类进行培训开发;完善培训体系,建立效果评估系统等,以期为农业科研单位更好地开展青年科技人员的培训开发工作提供参考。
Taking Environment and Plant Protection Institute of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as an example, through analysis of the current situation of young scientific and technical personnel in agricultural scientific research units, problems in the growth of young scientific and technical personnel were found out. Training requirements of young scientific and technical personnel were analyzed form four aspects, the organization, individual, society and work. Ways of training young scientific and technical personnel in agricultural scientific research units were put forward, including setting up training and development plan according to growth law of young scientific and technical personnel, canting out classified training and development based on the promotion channel, improving training system and establishing the efficiency evaluation system. These will provide references for agricultural scientific research units in the work of training and development of young scientific and technical personnel.
