摘要
合成了一种新型黏弹性清洁压裂液JL-K,通过实验确定最佳合成工艺为CM-A与CM-B质量比3∶2,催化剂E用量0.5%,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为60min,搅拌转速为280r/min。采用流变仪、表面张力仪等仪器对压裂液体系进行了耐温性能、耐剪切性能、悬砂性能、破胶性能的评价实验。性能测试结果表明:该压裂液体系具有较好的抗剪切性能,适合中温储层,破胶液无固相残渣、携砂性好、可降解、表观黏度低(5mPa·s以下),利于返排。
This project has developed a new type of viscoelastic JL-K clean fracturing fluid, the optimal synthesis process for CM-A and CM-B mass ratio 3 : 2, catalyst dosage 0.5 % E, reaction temperature 50 ℃, reaction time is 60 min, stirring speed is 280 r/min. By using rheometer, surface tension instrument for the evaluation experiment of temperature resistance and shear resistance performance, sand suspension properties, gel breaking performance of fracturing fluid system. The performance test results showed that the fracturing fluid system has good shear resistance, suitable for medium temperature reservoir, gel breaking liquid without solid residue, sand carrying good, biodegradable, low apparent viscosity (5 mPa ·s), to return.
