摘要
利用两步合成法将有机硼(OBC)修饰于纳米二氧化硅表面,制备了一种纳米硼交联剂(NBC)。傅里叶红外光谱证明OBC通过与偶联剂3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷反应生成B-N键修饰于JT-1之上。TEM测试显示NBC颗粒粒径为20~50nm,且随着JT-1与OBC质量比的减小,纳米硼交联剂的粒径逐渐增大,分散性逐渐变差。NBC交联的HPG冻胶可在pH=7条件下拥有良好的耐温耐剪切性及破胶返排性能。在100℃下剪切1h黏度仍能保持在100mPa·s以上。随着JT-1与OBC质量比的减小,NBC交联效率降低,最佳交联比增加,交联冻胶耐温耐剪切性及粘弹携砂性变差。
Orgonoboron (OBC) was coated onto silica nanoparticles by two-step surface modification resulting in boron-modlfied nano crosslinker (NBC). OBC was bounded through B-N. TEM shows that the mean particle size of NBC lies within the range of 20 -50 nm. With the decrease of the mass ratio of JT-1 and OBC, the particles size of NBC increases. Gels crosslinked with NBC at pH 7 maintain great theological performance at 100 ℃. The decrease of the mass ratio of JT-1 and OBC leads to lower crosslinking efficiency.
