摘要
文章在分析传统纺织企业在机修管理上的弊端和薄弱环节基础上,为了解决相应问题在机修管理中引入了工作卡和绩效,把绩效和机修的日常运作结合起来,并在薪酬中加以体现,比较好地解决了机修与生产、质量、操作的矛盾,对纺织机修管理有积极的指导作用。
This paper analyzed the disadvantages and weak links of traditional textile enterprises in overhaul management. In order to solve the problems, performance and job card were used in over- haul management. It combined performance with daily operation of overhaul and was reflected in com- pensation, better solved the contradictions between overhaul and production, quality and operation. It provides a positive guide for overhaul management of textile machine.
