摘要
综合考虑立磨减速机行星传动齿轮副时变啮合刚度、啮合阻尼、轴承支撑刚度、支撑阻尼,基于集中参数法建立了行星齿轮传动振动微分方程,采用龙格库塔法求解振动微分方程得到齿轮副的动态啮合力。研究了太阳轮、行星轮和内齿圈偏心误差对行星齿轮传动均载特性的影响。结果表明,太阳轮浮动时,行星齿轮传动获得较好的均载特性;且太阳轮浮动时,单一考虑太阳轮偏心误差、齿圈偏心误差比综合考虑太阳轮、行星轮和齿圈偏心误差具有更好的均载效果,整体上偏心误差对行星齿轮传动均载影响小;太阳轮不浮动时,系统均载特性较差。
Taking planetary gear pair time -meshing stiffness, meshing damping, bearing support stiff- ness, support damping of vertical mill reducer into consideration, the vibration differential equation of planetary gear transmission is set up based on lumped parameter method, the dynamic mesh force of each gear pair is obtained by adopting Runge - Kutta method. The sun gear of no floating and eccentricity error of sun gear, planet gear, gear ring are studied to get its effect on planetary transmission load sharing characteristic. The results in- dicate that floating of sun gear has significant impact on planetary transmission load sharing characteristic. Con- sidering the only factor of sun gear eccentricity error, gear ring eccentricity error separately has better load sha- ring characteristic than complex considering eccentricity error of sun gear, planetary gear and ring gear, the eccentricity error has little effect on load sharing characteristic, when the sun gear is no floating, the load sharing characteristic of system will be worse.
