摘要
为了提高双离合器自动变速器的换挡品质,研究了两个离合器的压力控制、发动机转速控制这一换挡过程的核心问题,提出了一种DCT升挡过程的综合控制策略。运用Matlab/Simulink建立了传动系统的仿真模型,对该综合控制策略下的DCT升挡过程进行了仿真计算。结果表明,该控制策略可以使发动机转速与高挡离合器快速同步,同时离合器的滑磨功和换挡冲击度都保持在理想水平,显著提升了DCT车辆的升挡品质。
To improve the shifting quality of dual clutch transmission ( DCT), the core issue of two clutches pressure control and engine speed control are studied, an integrated upshift control strategy is put forward. The simulation model of transmission system is established by using the Matlab/Simulink software, the simulation calculation of the DCT upshift under the integrated control strategy is carried out. The results show that the engine and high gear clutch speed quick synchronization can be implemented and the clutch friction work, the shift jerk can be kept in the ideal level and the shift quality of DCT vehicle is improved significantly.
