摘要 全面强直阵挛性发作(generalized tonic-clonicseizure,GTCS),是原发性全面性癫癎(idiopathic generalized epilepsy,IGE)最重要的一种亚型,可始发于任何年龄,表现为意识丧失及全身肌肉的强直阵挛,
