摘要
现行高校绩效评价存在着指标体系设计缺乏目标管理,指标分解系统、评价指标重教师的外显胜任力而轻其内隐胜任力,评价指标体系可行性分析不充分而未起到有效激励的作用等问题。笔者遵循战略目标导向原则、层次多维性原则、动态调整原则,并基于"360°+KPI"评价集成法提出了优化高校教师绩效评价指标体系的策略。
This paper analyzes the disadvantages of the current university performance evaluation index system which design is short of target management and index decomposition system, which lays more emphasis on teacher's explicit competence than implicit capacity and which feasibility analysis is not sufficient to achieve ef- fective incentives. The author follows the principle of strategic direction, the principle of multidimensional na- ture level and the principle of dynamic adjustment, then puts forward specific implementation strategy to opti- mize the performance evaluation index system of university teachers.
