摘要 本真的师生交往能为改善师生关系和提升学校教学质量起到重要作用。哲学诠释学已成为当前指导师生交往的重要理论依据,为构建理解与对话的师生观提供了新的视角。理解是诠释学研究的基本问题,师生间的相互理解与对话是师生交往中意义创生的过程。成见是师生相互理解的前提,理解是师生视域融合的过程,对话是师生双方实现视域融合的方式。 It is a real fact that communication between teachers and students plays an important role in impro- ving their relationship and teaching quality. Philosophical hermeneuties has become the guiding ideology to de- velop communication and provide the new perspective to build the view of comprehension and dialogue between teachers and students. Comprehension is the basic theme of hermeneutics, and significance is creating in the process of comprehension and dialogue between teachers and students. Prejudice is the premise of comprehen- sion, comprehension is developing in the process of the fusion of horizon, and dialogue is the method to realize horizon fusion between teachers and students.
