摘要
小学教育专业的培养对象是小学教师。小学教育专业经历了4次嬗变:从初级师范学堂到规范的中等师范教育;中等师范学校举办五年制专科教师教育;正式出现"小学教育"专业名称的本科教师教育;"小学教育"教育硕士的专业学位教育。小学教育专业4次嬗变的内在发展逻辑在于国家对小学教师的需要从数量满足到质量追求,小学教师培养模式从封闭到开放的变革,小学教师职前职后教育一体化的专业发展。提升小学教师质量是小学教育专业发展的永恒动力。
The cultivation object of the specialty of primary school education is primary school teachers. There are four evolutions in its developing process: from normal education for primary school to the secondary teacher education that builds up the perfect to ensure the quality of primary school teachers; a five-year secondary teacher education for training primary school teachers; official named for the specialty of "primary school edu- cation" of higher normal education ; the emergence and development of the professional master degree of "pri- mary school education". There are three intrinsic development logic keys in history of primary school educa- tion. Firstly, in educational domain, the elementary teachers that the government needs had changed from the quantity meet to the pursuit of quality improvement. Secondly, the training mode of primary school teachers has changed from closed to open. Thirdly, the teacher's professional development should combine pre-cuhiva- ting, introduction training and in-service training into integration. Improving the quality of primary school teachers is the eternal motive for the development of primary school education.
