摘要
为提高人才培养质量,推进医教协同发展,综合性大学的医学教育要在多学科办学资源的优势基础上,充分发挥跨学科团队人才及科研优势与特色,积极探索管理体制紧密衔接、跨学科人才队伍深度建设、校内外资源有效整合、卓越医师培养等途径,强化政策与制度保障,提升综合性大学医学教育的整体实力。
To improve the quality of personnel training and promote the coordinated development of health care and education, the medical education of comprehensive university should give full play to the advantages of multi - disciplinary resources, make full use of the advantages and characteristics of interdisciplinary team talents and scientific research, and explore the close join of management system, construction of interdiscipli- nary talent teams, effective integrating resources inside and outside the school and the way to cultivate great physicians and strengthen policy and institutional guarantee to enhance the overall ability of the medical educa- tion in our comprehensive university.
