主要针对新形势下民办高校外籍教师管理展开研究.在对外籍教师内涵进行简述的基础上,阐述民办高校加强外籍教师管理的重要意义.提出若干加强民办高校外籍教师管理的具体途径:完善外籍教师管理相关制度;切实做好外籍教师的培训;加强对外籍教师的考核.

We mainly study the foreign teachers management in private colleges and universities in the new situation. After briefly introducing the connotation of foreign teachers,we expound the significance to strengthen the foreign teachers management in private colleges and universities. Then we present some specific ways to improve the management of foreign teachers in private colleges and universities,such as complete the relevant system of foreign teachers management,do the training well for the foreign teachers,and strengthen the assessment for the foreign teachers.
