摘要
为了克服支撑梁垂直长轴预埋孔爆破拆除技术中存在的炮孔过多、爆破器材消耗大、联网操作复杂、堵孔费时等缺点,提出了轴向预埋孔爆破拆除新技术。该技术的特征是:沿着梁长轴轴线预埋管道作为炮孔,配合采用水耦合装药降低深孔装药阻力并提高破碎效果;采取沙袋压孔、塑料薄膜水袋压梁降尘和切断梁侧面箍筋、遮盖架空塑料网等技术措施,实现了在城市复杂环境下低环境影响的爆破拆除作业。
To resolve the problems with lots of blast holes, blasting materials, complicated blasting network, and long stemming time in the blasting demolition technology of reinforced concrete pit-supporting beams by using pre- buried vertical-to-axised pipes, the new blasting demolition technology featured by using pre-buried axial pipes as blast holes was put forward in the paper, including the pre-buried pipes going through the long axis of the beam and bending at the ends with openings on the beam surface. The cut explosive cartridge hounded onto the detonating fuse, by using water coupling charging method as to reduce charging resistance and to improve crushing effect, putting sand bags on blast holes and plastic water bags on the beam surfaces to suppress dust, cutting stirrups on the side surfaces of beams, and covering overhead protecting plastic net. The combined actions of all these measures ensure the realization of low environmental impact demolition blasting in complicated urban environment.
