摘要
茅台环境整治地块3幢高度均为58.5 m的高层楼房爆破拆除工程,重点防护对象有60 m外的酒库酒坛,楼房前方21.5 m处的公路和50 m外的酒厂玻璃厂房,楼房后侧2.4 m处的污水管道,以及楼房侧方38 m外的彩虹桥。运用理论计算并结合数值模拟方法对楼房倒塌距离、爆破振动、爆破冲击波、爆破飞石距离和触地振动进行爆前验算,用沙袋草垫墙和开挖减震沟的方法对触地振动进行防护,用沙袋草垫和钢板组合对倒塌方向的公路进行防护,人工焊接钢结构对楼房后侧污水管进行防护。经过测量,酒库处振动峰值为0.28 cm/s,彩虹桥处振动峰值为0.77 cm/s,满足爆破振动要求。
The demolition project of three buildings with 58.5 m height in Maotai District need demolition, the surroundings are complicated,including the wine storehouse and jar lying 60 m outside, the road lying 21.5 m away and the glass factory lying 50 m nearby,the sewage pipe lying 2.4 m behind,and the rainbow bridge lying 38 m on left. The combination of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation was used to check the building collapse dis- tance, blasting vibration and blasting shock wave, and blasting fly rock and touchdown vibration. To prohibit the touchdown vibration, the sandbags was adopt to fill up walls. Meanwhile, the sandbags and the steel plate were used to protect the collapsed road, and the manual welding steel was also used to protect the sewage pipe lying behind the buildings. The peak vibration of wine factory was measured as 0.28 m/s, and the highest point of rainbow bridge was 0.77 cm/s, which is far less than the requirement value.
