摘要
为了有效的指导双面爆炸复合参数的选择,对普碳钢与普碳钢双面爆炸复合中复板碰撞速度的上下限进行理论计算,结合爆炸载荷驱动下复板碰撞速度的几个常用理论公式的计算结果与两组普碳钢与普碳钢的双面爆炸复合实验结果进行比较。结果表明:阿述兹公式与特里巴斯公式的计算结果与实验结果较吻合,可对双面爆炸复合的工程应用提供理论指导。
In order to effectively guide the selection of parameters for double sided explosive cladding,the upper and lower limit of the collision velocity for the double sided explosive cladding of ordinary carbon steel to ordinary carbon steel were calculated. The calculation results of collision velocity from several commonly theoretical formulas were compared with the experiment results of double sided explosive cladding for two ordinary carbon steel. The resuits calculated by Aziz's formula and Deribas's formula were in good agreement with the experiment results. The research can provide theoretical guidance for engineering application of double sided explosive cladding.
