规范化感染管理在门诊采血中心的应用

Application of standardized infection management in outpatient blood-collecting center

目的探讨规范化感染管理在门诊采血中心的应用效果。方法根据医院门诊采血中心的现状,运用规范化感染管理,进行全面的质量控制,选取2014年7月-2016年6月在医院门诊采血中心进行静脉采血的1 200例患者为研究对象,按照规范化感染管理实施前后将其分为对照组(实施前)和观察组(实施后),各600例,对管理实施前后医院感染的监控数据进行对比分析。结果管理实施后,无1例静脉采血针刺伤发生;医源性污染率从1.33%降低至0.17%,穿刺成功率从86.33%提升至92.17%,采血中心护士的手卫生依从率从85.83%提升至94.67%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理实施后患者的满意度为97.83%明显高于管理实施前患者的满意度89.33%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施规范化的感染管理,可有效预防和控制门诊采血中心的医院感染,提高患者满意度和服务水平,确保患者安全。

OBJECTIVE To explore the application effect of standardized infection management in outpatient blood collection center.METHODS According to the present situation of outpatient blood center in our hospital,using standardized infection management for comprehensive quality control,and 1200 cases of patients with intravenous blood sampling in the outpatient center in our hospital from Jul.2014 to Jun.2016 were selected as the research subjects.In accordance with before and after the implementation of standardized management of infections,the patients were divided into control group （before the implementation） and observation group （after the implementation）,with 600 cases in each group,and the monitoring data of nosocomial infections before and after the management were comparatively analyzed.RESULTS After the implementation of management,no case of needle-stick injury during venous blood collection occurred.The iatrogenic pollution rate decreased from 1.33% to 0.17%,the success rate of puncture increased from 86.33% to 92.17%,and the hand hygiene compliance rate of nurses in the blood-collecting center increased from 85.83% to 94.67%,and the differences were significant （P〈〈0.05）.The patients satisfaction after the implementation of the management was 97.83 %,which was significantly higher than 89.33% before the implementation of the management （P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The implementation of standardized management of infection can effectively prevent and control nosocomial infections in outpatient blood-collection center,improve patient satisfaction and service,and ensure patient safety.
