战略管理视域下宁夏地区基金会的战略发展规划

对于公共事务的管理问题,在当今社会市场失灵和政府失灵的双重影响下,第三部门的发展进入了一个新阶段,在解决社会公共事务中占据着重要的位置。基金会是第三部门组织中的重要部分,在发展基金会的进程中,要充分结合时代发展的进程,将之推到一个战略高度。论文以西部地区的宁夏地区基金会发展为出发点,以其中某一基金会为例,基于战略管理的视域下充分研究宁夏地区基金会的战略规划以及战略发展。
