随着我国经济的不断发展,人民的生活水平也在不断提高,同时人们的用电需求也随着生活水平的提高上升到新的层次,电力企业必须针对这一现状,努力改善客户用电管理对当前电力运行过程带来的冲击。在传统模式下,我们对电力运行管理缺乏相应的控制措施,使得我国电力运行管理条例不能够有效地落到工作实处,这违背了国家社会发展的需求。论文主要对电力运行和用电管理节能进行整体分析和研究,讨论变电过程中出现的各种浪费,从而提出相应的对策进行改善,为我国绿色持续发展做出一定的贡献。

With the continuous development of China＇s economy, people＇s living standard has been improved at the same time, people＇s demand for electricity is also with the improvement of living standards rose to a new level, the electric power enterprise must according to this situation, efforts to improve power management of current power operation process of the impact of customers. In the traditional mode, we lack the corresponding control measures for power operation management, which makes our electricity management regulations can not be effectively implemented, which is contrary to the needs of the state and social development.
