摘要
电力营销是我国电力企业实现长期健康发展的主要途径,也是电力企业获得经济效益的主要来源。客户满意度是整个电力企业未来发展的生命线,我们必须提高电力企业营销的优质服务,使客户满意度达到供电企业的要求和标准。论文主要分析我国电力企业在营销过程中出现的问题,并有针对性地提出我国电力企业营销优质服务的有效策略。
Electric power marketing is the main way to realize the long-term healthy development of electric power enterprises in China, and also the main source of economic benefit for power enterprises. Customer satisfaction is the lifeline of the electric power enterprise future development, we must improve the electric power enterprise marketing of quality service, make customer satisfaction to achieve the requirement of the power supply enterprise and standards. This paper mainly analyzes the problems in the marketing process of the electric power enterprises in China, and puts forward the effective strategy of marketing quality service for electric power enterprises in China.
