摘要
工作不安全感作为一个组织行为学概念,在人力资源管理方面有着显著的作用与影响,论文在对国内外学术研究的分析和理解基础上,对工作不安全感产生的工作态度与行为的变化和工作绩效关系的相关成果进行梳理总结,以期对后续人力资源管理在该方向上的研究做出铺垫。
As a concept of organizational behaviour, job insecurity has significant influence on human resource management. Based on the comprehension and analysis of foreign and domestic researches, this article summarizes the academic literatures about the relationship between changes of job attitude and behaviour derived from job insecurity and changes of job performance, so that making bedding for further human resource management researches from this perspective.
