Thermal Efficiency of Condensing Type Gas Heating and Bathing Dual-purpose Boiler by Flue Gas Waste Heat Recovery

摘要 介绍国内燃气采暖炉和冷凝式燃气暖浴两用炉(以下简称冷凝炉)的使用情况,依据现行标准搭建实验测试系统进行烟气余热回收型冷凝炉的热效率测试,共进行了9台国产样本和7台韩日样本在5种工况下的热效率测试;分析影响热效率的相关因素及变化趋势,对比耐久性实验前后供暖热效率的变化情况。结果表明:直流变频风机设计更加有利于提高冷凝炉的热效率及烟气排放性能;在确定产品能效等级时,应根据冷凝炉特性,按GB 20665—2015确定冷凝炉的高热效率和低热效率。 The domestic utilization of gas heating boiler and condensing type gas heating and bathing dual-purpose boiler is introduced. Based on the exist- ing standards, an experimental test system is set up to test the thermal efficiency of condensing type gas heating and bathing dual-purpose boiler by flue gas waste heat recovery (referred to as condensing boiler), the tests use nine domestic samples and seven samples of Korean and Japanese products under five different operating conditions. The relevant factors and trends affecting the thermal efficiency are analyzed. The changes of heating thermal efficiency are compared before and after the endurance test. It is found that the DC inverter fan design is more helpful to improve the thermal efficiency and flue gas emission performance of the condensing boilers. When determining product energy efficiency levels, the high thermal efficiency and the low thermal efficiency of the condensing boilers should be identified according to the characteristics of the condensing boilers and GB 20665 -2015.
