摘要
针对天然气水合物冻堵问题建立一套感应加热实验装置,对比在不同内直径的反应釜内不同感应加热功率下的天然气水合物分解实验结果。对同一反应釜,感应加热功率越大,反应釜釜壁温度升高越快,水合物分解时间越短。感应加热功率恒定时,反应釜内直径越小,釜壁温度升高越快,水合物分解时间越短。
A set of experimental equipment with induction heating is built for the blocking problem of frozen natural gas hydrate. The experimental results of dissociation of frozen natural gas hydrate are compared using different induction heating powers in reactors with different inner diameters. In the same reactor, the higher the induction heating power is, the faster the rise of reactor wall temperature is, and the shorter the dissociation time of frozen natural gas hydrate is correspondingly. At the constant induction heating power, the smaller the inner diameter of the reactor is, the faster the rise of reactor wall temperature is, and the shorter the dissociation time of frozen natural gas hydrate is correspondingly.
