摘要
介绍燃具事故的司法鉴定程序、司法鉴定依据,依据试验数据对事故(特别是CO中毒)原因进行技术分析。提出燃具事故司法鉴定存在的困难,以及燃气供应企业规避司法风险应加强的工作。
The procedures and basis for judicial authentication of gas appliance accident are introduced. The technical analysis of the causes of accident （especially CO poisoning） is performed according to the experimental data. The difficulties existing in judicial authentication of gas appliance accident as well as the work to be strengthened to avoid judicial risk for the gas suppliers are puts forward.
