摘要
首先在考虑摩擦力的情况下对双啮合分度机构进行分析,利用Matlab计算凸轮与针齿之间的啮合力;然后利用Solid Works建立该机构的三维模型,将凸轮导入ANSYS-Workbench中进行静力学分析,将仿真结果与理论结果进行对比分析;最后通过获取材料的S-N曲线和循环载荷谱,利用Fatigue疲劳工具箱对凸轮进行疲劳分析,计算部件的寿命、安全系数以及疲劳敏感性曲线,并提出了相应的改进方案.
While the influence of friction was taking into consideration, the meshing force between the cam and the needle tooth of the double meshing indexing mechanism was calculated first by using Matlab. A three-dimensional model was then developed by using SolidWorks. The cam was imported into ANSYS-Workbench for static analysis. The simulation values were compared with theoretical values. The S-N curve of the material and the cyclic load spectrum were obtained in order to accom- plish the fatigue analysis of the cam by using Fatigue toolbox. The cam's life, safety coefficient and fatigue sensitive curve were achieved at last. Some measures were also given to improve the service life of the cam.
