山川草木尽玲珑:《石涛花卉册》研究

上海龙美术馆所藏《石涛花卉册》,作品的格法、功力俱备,面貌多样,既有水墨,也有设色。技法丰富,既有水墨大写意的荷叶,也有白描双钩的水仙。画中题识书法包括隶书、行草书、小楷等,且题字位置随时而变,每见匠心。故《石涛花卉册》应为石涛真迹,作品创作时间约在1687~1689年之间,它与石涛其他"广陵树下"时期的作品一起,见证了画僧石涛中年时期追求入世的积极心态。

Flowers Paintings Album by Shi Tao housed in Long Museum in Shanghai embraces traditional Chinese ink-wash and color ink paintings with excellent layout, perfect strokes, and diversified themes created with varied skills, which is showcased by the free-style ink-wash lotus leaf and the line-drawn daffodils. The inscriptions on the pieces, in official script, running hand, cursive hand and regular script, are arranged in a meticulous way. The above-mentioned features lend testimony to its authenticity, which is supposed to be created between the years 1687 and 1689 and along with other pieces created in the period when he stayed in the Jinghui Temple shed light on his inclusive attitude towards life at that time.
