摘要
针对目前中小学英语学习差异化严重,英语教学"一刀切",难以因材施教满足学生个性化需求的问题,以一节初中英语阅读课为例,论述基于学习者个体差异的教学,对如何关注学生在兴趣、阅读水平、思维层次方面的差异进行探索,分析课前、课中、课后三个环节的教学活动设计,以期促进学生阅读水平的提高,以及语言能力、思维能力、社会责任以及人文情怀等核心素养的提升。
With the serious difference of English learning in primary and middle schools, and one-size-fits-all English teaching, it is difficult to meet the individual needs of students according to their aptitude. This paper takes a middle school English reading class as an example, elaborates the teaching based on individual differences of learners, explores how to pay attention to students' differences in interest, reading ability and thinking level, and analyzes the teaching activity design before, during and after class to promote the improvement of students' reading level, language ability, thinking ability, social responsibility, humanity and other core qualities.
