我国公民道德建设问题探析

改革开放以来我国公民道德建设成绩是主流,但执法力度不够、城乡公民道德教育存在着的薄弱环节,影响着我国公民道德水平的提高。严肃党纪国法、动员各种社会资源、采取多种形式加强公民道德教育,才能进一步提高我国公民道德素质,达到全面建成小康社会的战略目标。

Since the reform and opening up, the achievements of civic morality in our country have been the mainstream, but the law enforcement is not enough, and the moral education of urban and rural citizens has a weak link, which affects the improvement of citizens＇ moral standard. It is necessary to further improve the moral quality of our citizens and achieve the strategic goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, to mobilize various social resources and to adopt various forms to strengthen the moral education of citizens.
