摘要 目的研究公共卫生硕士研究生成就动机水平现况,为进一步加强培育公共卫生研究生的事业成就动机和职业素养提供基础依据。方法对189名公共卫生相关专业一年级硕士研究生,应用成就动机量表(AMS)测量与追求成功有关的动机、与避免失败有关的动机,分析成就动机水平。结果追求成功的动机水平显著高于避免失败的动机水平;总体上成就动机处于较强水平,但成就动机弱者占34.4%;不同性别、年级、培养类型间的成就动机、追求成功动机、避免失败动机无显著差别;年龄越大者,其成就动机强的概率越大、避免失败动机的强度减弱;量表的信度和效度较好。结论公共卫生硕士研究生成就动机水平尚可,但总体上不能满足未来疾控机构对高层次、高素质公共卫生人才的需求;在研究生教育阶段应从加强导师指引、教学培育等方面重点施教。 Objective To analyze the current status of achievement motivation level of master graduate students in public health, in order to provide the basis for further strengthening the career achievement motivation and the professional accomplishment of the public health graduates. Methods Chose 189 master graduate students in public health related major, using the AMS scale to measure the motivation of pursuing success(Ms) and the motivation of avoiding failure (Mr), then analyze motivation of achievements (Ma) level. Results The level of Ms was significantly higher than the level of Mf; Ma was at a higher level in the mass, but low Ma level accounted for 34.4%; there were no significant differences in Ma, Ms and Mf between different genders, grades and training types; the greater the age, the greater the probability of strong Ma was, the intensity of Mf reduced. The AMS scale had good reliability and validity. Conclusion The level of Ma of master graduate students in public health is acceptable, but in general, it can not meet the needs for high-level and high-quality public health professionals of disease control institutions in the future, we should focus on strengthening the guidance of instructors, teaching cultivation and so on during the graduate education stage.
