摘要 目的探讨微格教学法在临床护理技能操作教学中的应用。方法选取本校2013级护理专业本科生58人,将其分为传统教学组(即对照组)和微格教学组,每组29人,教学结束后比较评价教学效果。结果考核结果表明微格教学组学生的成绩好于传统教学组。结论在护理技能操作教学中应用微格教学法能够发挥学生学习的积极性,提高技能操作的教学质量。 Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the application of Microteaching in clinical nursing skills teaching. Methods 58 undergraduate nursing students of grade 2013 were selected and divided into traditional teaching group (control group) and micro teaching group, each group had 29 people. After the teaching, the teaching effect was evaluated. Results The assessment result shows that the students in Microteaching group are better than the traditional teaching group. Conclusion In the teaching of nursing skill operation, microteaching can bring the initiative of students into full play and improve the teaching quality of skill operation.
