摘要
麻醉学研究生的培养策略与研究生的培养质量密切相关,文章针对培养过程中课题研究与临床培训的冲突、研究方向的选择、同期或前后届研究生的培养、论文撰写与修改等问题进行了探讨。
The cultivation strategy of anesthesiology postgraduates is closely related to the cultivation quality of the postgraduate. Some problems were discussed in this paper： the conflict between the research and clinical training, the choice of research direction, the cultivation for the same term or before and after the graduate student, the thesis writing and modification.
