摘要
目的加强药学本科生住院药房毕业实习的带教与管理。方法以我院住院药房药学本科实习生带教工作为例,制定具体的管理措施构建良好的药学本科生毕业实习的带教模式。结果通过对药学本科生实习过程中的带教与管理,达到了满意的实习效果。结论通过加强住院药房药学本科生的实习带教与管理,可以提高的实习效果,培养出高素质的药学人才。
Objective To strengthen the teaching and management of pharmacy undergraduate practice in the hospital inpatient pharmacy. Methods The pharmacy undergraduate who practiced in our hospital inpatient pharmacy as research objects, developed specific teaching mode and management measures to culture pharmacy undergraduates.Results Achieve a satisfactory internship effect through the teaching and management of the pharmacy undergraduate students in the process of practice. Conclusion Through hospital internship teaching and management can improve practice effect and culture high-quality pharmaceutical talents.
