临床医护人员卫生法律法规知识认知情况调查及其对策

Investigate and Evaluate the Clinical Staffs Knowledge Situation of Health Laws and Regulations

目的全面了解某三级甲等医院医护人员卫生法律知识掌握情况,并且全面分析影响医护人员卫生法律知识掌握的因素,提出具有针对性的提高对策。方法通过对某市三级甲等医院的临床医护人员发放问卷进行调查。结果有55%的临床医护人员对法律法规知识的认知程度较低,对于医护人员执业条件、患者权利等方面的理解存在缺陷。结论临床医护人员法律法规知识认知相对缺乏,要重视法律法规教育,提高临床医护人员法律法规认知。

Objective To understand the health law knowledge situation of medical staff in three-class A hospital, analyze the influence factors and find to improve knowledge levels. Methods Questionnaire survey for clinical medical staff in three-class A hospital and statistical analysis data. Results 55% of the medical staff have a lower awareness of medical laws, and not fully understand in terms of the practice conditions and medical staff and patients＇ rights. Conclusion Clinical medical staffs relatively lack the knowledge of laws and regulations, they should pay attention and improve awareness of laws and regulations.
