超声引导下肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞在老年桡骨骨折患者手术中的应用分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析超声引导下肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞麻醉的临床效果差异。方法纳入我院行桡骨骨折手术治疗的老年患者60例,按照麻醉方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对其实施神经刺激仪引导下臂丛阻滞麻醉和超声引导下肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞麻醉。结果与对照组比较,观察组麻醉起效时间明显缩短,麻醉效果完善时间明显缩短,镇痛维持时间明显延长,手术切皮VAS评分明显降低,并发症发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论在老年桡骨骨折手术麻醉过程中,使用超声引导下肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞能够起到更好的麻醉效果,麻醉安全性也可得到更好的提升,有很高使用价值。 Objective To analyze the difference of clinical effect of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block anesthesia. Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with radial fracture treated in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to different methods of anesthesia. The nerve stimulator was used to guide the brachial plexus block anesthesia and the ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block anesthesia. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group was significantly shorter onset time of anesthesia, the anesthetic effect of perfect time shortened and analgesia time prolonged, skin incision and VAS score decreased significantly, significantly reduce the incidence of complications (P〈0.05). Conclusion in the course of anesthesia for elderly radius fractures, the use of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus brachial plexus block can achieve better anesthetic effects, and improve the safety of anesthesia.
