血清降钙素原在指导抗生素治疗儿童下呼吸道感染中的价值

The Value of Serum Procalcitonin in the Treatment of Lower Respiratory Tract Infection in Children Treated With Antibiotics

目的探析血清降钙素原在指导抗生素治疗儿童下呼吸道感染中的价值。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月我院收治的下呼吸道感染患儿104例,所有患儿皆为抗生素治疗,随机分为对照组52例与观察组52例。其中对照组采用常规标准治疗,观察组则在血清降钙素原的检测结果下进行指导治疗。结果对照组临床治疗有效率为86.54%,观察组治疗有效率为98.08%(P<0.05)。咳嗽时间、发热时间、抗生素使用时间以及住院时间,观察组均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血清降钙素原在指导抗生素治疗儿童下呼吸道感染中具有极高的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the value of serum procalcitonin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection in children treated with antibiotics. Methods From March 2016 to March 2017, 104 children with lower respiratory tract infection were enrolled in this study. All children were treated with antibiotics and randomly divided into control group （n=52） and observation group （n=52）. The control group was treated with conventional standard, the observation group in the serum procalcitonin test results under the guidance of treatment. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment was 86.54% in the control group and 98.08% in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Cough time, fever time, antibiotic use time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Serum procalcitonin has high application value in guiding lower respiratory tract infection in children with antibiotics and can be popularized in clinical treatment.
