摘要
目的 分析经腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补方案应用于腹股沟疝患者中的意义。方法 从2013年1月—2016年12月入住本院的腹股沟疝患者中抽取48例,随机分组,传统组24例实施充填式无张力疝修补方案,治疗组24例则实施经腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补方案,观察2组效果。结果 传统组24例手术时间(42.65±17.20)min,治疗组24例(34.20±13.11)min(P<0.05)。治疗组有2例发生并发症,传统组8例(P<0.05)。结论 对于患上腹股沟疝的成人患者,选择经腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补方案效果显著。
Objective To investigate the significance of preperitoneal tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia. Methods 50 cases of patients with inguinal hernia from January 2013 to December 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into the traditional group 25 cases of tension-free hernia repair, 25 cases in the treatment group were received preperitoneal tension-free hernia repair scheme, observe the effect of the 2 groups. Results In the traditional group, 25 cases were operated （42.65± 17.20） min, and 25 cases in the treatment group （34.20±13.11） min （P〈0.05）. There were 2 cases of complications in the treatment group, and 8 cases in the traditional group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For adult patients with inguinal hernias, the option of preperitoneal tension-free hernioplasty is effective.
