不稳定骨盆骨折合并髋臼骨折治疗方法及效果评价

Treatment and Effect Evaluation of Unstable Pelvic Fracture Combined Acetabular Fracture

目的探究不稳定骨盆骨折合并髋臼骨折治疗方法及效果。方法 38例骨盆骨折合并髋臼骨折患者,对比应用不同手术治疗措施效果。结果试验组总有效率(94.7%,18/19)高于对照组(68.4%,13/19);试验组各项临床指标短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良Stoppa入路手术治疗不稳定骨盆骨折合并髋臼骨折疗效显著,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the treatment methods and effect of unstable pelvic fractures and acetabular fracture. Methods 38 cases of pelvic fracture combined acetabular fracture were selected, and the effect of different methods was compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group （94.7%, 18/19） was significantly higher than the control group （68.4%, 13/19）, the difference significant, with significantly lower clinical parameters of experimental group versus the control group, the difference significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified Stoppa approach for s.urgical treatment of unstable pelvic fractures and acetabular fractures is significant, safe and reliable.
