高龄初产妇顺产与剖宫产对女性盆底功能的影响

Effects of Vaginal Delivery and Cesarean Section on Pelvic Floor Function in Elderly Primipara

目的探讨在高龄初产妇中顺产和剖宫产对产妇盆底功能带来的影响。方法随机选取医院分娩的120例高龄初产妇作为研究对象,分为顺产组和剖宫组,各60例,比较两组产妇的盆底功能。结果剖宫组患者发生子宫脱垂、阴道后壁脱垂、阴道前壁脱垂患者所占比例明显低于顺产组,SUI发生率低于顺产组;两组患者的盆底深层肌力、盆底浅层肌力受损发生率比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产能降低盆腔脏器脱垂发生率,改善患者的盆底功能,降低尿失禁发生率、盆底深层肌力、盆底浅层肌力受损的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of vaginal delivery and cesarean section on pelvic floor function in elderly primipara. Methods Randomly selected 120 elderly primipara in hospital delivery as the research object, divided into the spontaneous delivery group and the cesarean section group, 60 cases in each group, compared the pelvic floor function of the two groups of women. Results Cesarean section in patients with uterine prolapse, vaginal wall prolapse, vaginal wall prolapse were significantly lower than the proportion of labor group, the incidence rate of SUI is lower than that of normal labor group; two groups of patients with pelvic floor muscle strength, shallow deep pelvic floor muscle damaged were compared, no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The cesarean section capacity reduces the incidence of pelvic organ prolapse, improves the pelvic floor function, reduces the incidence of urinary incontinence, the pelvic floor deep muscle strength and the shallow pelvic floor muscle injury.
