奥氮平联合家庭治疗对精神分裂症患者疗效及家庭功能的影响

Effect of Olanzapine Combined With Family Therapy on the Efficacy and Family Functioning of Schizophrenics

目的探究与分析奥氮平联合家庭治疗对精神分裂症患者疗效及家庭功能的影响。方法选取我院收治的90例精神分裂症患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例,对照组给予奥氮平治疗,观察组在其基础上加用家庭治疗,对比两组疗效及家庭功能情况。结果观察组与对照组相比,临床总有效率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比,问题解决、沟通、角色、情感反应、情感介入、行为控制与总的功能评分较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平联合家庭治疗精神分裂症患者疗效显著,可有效改善患者的家庭功能。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of olanzapine combined with family therapy on the efficacy and family functioning of schizophrenics. Methods 90 patients with schizophrenia were selected from our hospital. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table, 45 cases in each group, the control group was treated with olanzapine, and the observation group was treated with family therapy. The efficacy and family function of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the problem solving, communication, role, emotional response, emotional intervention, behavioral control and total functional score were lower in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Olanzapine combined with family therapy is effective in the treatment of schizophrenia, and can effectively improve the family fimction of the patients.
