针对性的护理干预对慢性支气管炎患者主观幸福感以及生活质量的影响

Nursing Intervention on Subjective Well-being and Quality of Life in Patients With Chronic Bronchitis

目的探究对于慢性支气管炎患者采用针对性护理的护理效果,以及针对性护理干预对于患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2017年1月进入我院进行治疗并被确诊为慢性支气管炎的患者共86例,随机分为两组,对照组患者给予传统的护理手段,观察组患者给予有针对性的护理干预,比较采用不同护理方式之后患者的护理效果。结果对所得数据进行统计分析发现,观察组患者的主观幸福感以及生活质量明显低于对照组,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性支气管炎患者采用有针对性的护理干预,能够提升患者的主观幸福感以及生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing and the influence of targeted nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 86 cases of patients diagnosed with chronic bronchitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated with traditional nursing measures, the patients in the observation group were given targeted nursing intervention, the nursing effect of different nursing methods after nursing were compared. Results Statistical analysis of the data showed that the subjective well-being and quality of life in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the observation group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For chronic bronchitis patients, targeted nursing intervention can improve the subjective well-being and quality of life.
