Orem自护理论护理对胃溃疡患者护理满意度、生活质量的影响研究

Study on Orem Self-care Theory of Nursing on the Quality of Life and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients With Gastric Ulcer

目的分析胃溃疡患者应用Orem自护理论护理后的护理效果。方法选取我院130例胃溃疡患者,随机分成观察组和对照组各65例。其中对照组采用常规护理方案,而观察组实施常规护理,同时在护理中应用Orem自护理论实施护理。对两组患者的护理满意度和生活质量进行分析和对比。结果护理后观察组患者的自护能力评分(133.7±9.2)分,高于对照组患者的(114.4±14.4)分,且对护理满意率100%,高于对照组的93.8%,治疗后跟踪患者生活质量,观察组(70.5±7.3)分,高于对照组的(59.6±9.5)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对胃溃疡患者护理中,应用Orem自护理论护理可有效提高患者的自护能力和护理水平,从而更好地改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To analysis the nursing effect of Orem self- care theory of nursing on gastric ulcer patients. Methods 130 cases of gastric ulcer in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 65 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received routine nursing care, while the application of Orem self-care theory of nursing was conducted on the observation group. The nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The score of self-care ability of patients after nursing in observation group was （133.7±9.2） points, which was higher than that of the control group[ （114.4±14.4） points], and the satisfaction rate of nursing was 100%, which was higher than that of the control group （93.8%）. After treatment, the quality of life of the patients was observed. The observation group （70.5±7.3） was higher than that of the control group （59.6±9.5）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the care of patients with gastric ulcer, the application of Orem self-care theory of nursing can effectively improve the self-care ability and the level of nursing care of patients, so as to better improve the quality of life of patients.
