前列腺增生症患者术后所致并发症的预防及护理对策

Prevention and Nursing Countermeasures of Postoperative Complications in Patients With Hyperplasia of Prostate

目的探讨和分析前列腺增生症经尿道等离子汽化电切术治疗所致并发症的预防及护理对策。方法研究选择60例前列腺增生症患者作为研究对象,所有患者均通过尿道等离子汽化电切术进行治疗。结果在本组研究的60例患者中,有2例患者在术后的24 h之内出血,发生率为3.33%;有1例患者发生短期尿失禁,发生率为1.67%;有1例患者在术后的6~15 d发生附睾炎,发生率为1.67%。结论经尿道等离子汽化电切术对于年龄偏高、抵抗力较差的患者,在术后易发生多种并发症,而给予患者针对行的预防、护理措施,可有效降低并发症发生的风险。

Objective To investigate and analyze the prevention and nursing countermeasures of complications caused by transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization of prostate in patients with hyperplasia of prostate. Methods 60 patients with BPH were selected as the study subjects, and all patients were treated with transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization of the prostate. Results In this group study of 60 patients, 2 patients got bleeding within 24 h after operation, the incidence rate was 3.33%; 1 case got shortterm urinary incontinence, the incidence rate was 1.67%; 1 patient got epididymitis in the postoperative 6 - 15 d, the incidence rate was 1.67%. Conclusion For patients with high age and poor resistance, transurethral plasmakinetic electrovaporization may cause variety of complications after the operation, and preventive nursing measures can effectively reduce the risk of complications.
