48例老年骨科患者术后并发症原因分析与护理对策

Cause Analysis and Nursing Countermeasures of Postoperative Complications in 48 Elderly Patients in Department of Orthopedics

目的探讨分析骨科老年患者术后并发症的原因,研究护理对策。方法对48例老年骨科患者的围手术期护理进行分析。结果 48例患者中术后出现便秘28例(58.33%)、肺部感染11例(22.91%)、泌尿道感染9例(18.75%)、精神障碍6例(12.50%),是本组老年患者术后的主要并发症,经过积极护理后,其中有46例(95.83%)痊愈出院。结论采取有针对性的护理措施,可减少骨科老年患者术后并发症的发生,从而促进机体康复。

Objective To investigate and analyze the causes ＆postoperative complications in elderly patients in Department of orthopedics and to study the nursing countermeasures. Methods Perioperative nursing care of 48 elderly patients in department of orthopedics was studied. Results Among the 48 cases, 28 cases got postoperative constipation （58.33%）, 11 cases got pulmonary infection （22.91%）, 9 cases got urinary tract infection （18.75%）, 6 eases got mental disorders （12.50%）, those were the main complication in elderly patients after surgery, after active nursing, 46 cases （95.83%） recovered from hospital. Conclusion Targeted nursing measures can reduce the postoperative complications of elderly patients in department of orthopedics and promote the rehabilitation.
