摘要 目的研究分阶段健康教育在肛肠科护理中的应用效果。方法本次选取的研究对象为2016年1月—2017年1月收治的肛肠科患者,将74例患者随机分为两组,每组37例。实施传统健康教育(对照组),采用分阶段健康教育(观察组)。对比两组的健康教育认知能力、疼痛分级。结果观察组肛肠科患者的四项健康教育认知能力评分、疼痛分级均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肛肠科护理中采用分阶段健康教育有助于患者的早日康复,改善生活质量。 Objective To study the effect of phased health education in anorectal care. Methods 74 patients with anorectal cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 37 patients in each group. The control group was administrated with traditional health education, while the observation group was administrated with phased health education. Cognitive abilities and pain grading were observed and compared. Results In the observation group, the four health education cognitive scores and pain scores were statistically better than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of phased health education in the treatment of patients with anorectal surgery can help patients recovery early and improve their quality of life.
