摘要
经济进入新常态,一方面要消费驱动、共享发展,就必须相应增加工资;另一方面,增加工资就会让企业面临成本增加、负担加重的困难。那么,如何才能破解这个不良因果环?最为关键的就是要将"提工资"建立在提高工人单位时间内的生产效率的基础之上。要实现这个目标,主要途径就是自动化技术的应用,以及培育一支高素质的职工队伍。打通职工成长成才的通道,培育高素质劳动者大军刻不容缓。
Since the economy has entered into the new normal, it is necessary to raise wages in order to stimulate consumption and share the results of development. However, raising wages would increase enterprise' s cost and aggravate enterprise' s burden. Hence, How are we to solve the undesirable causal circle? The key point is to raise wages based on increasing the worker' s production efficiency per unit time. In order to realize this target, automatic technologies should be employed and staff members with high-leveled skills should be trained. Forging channels for employees to further cultivation with high-leveled skills is a task that demands immediate attention.
