摘要
收入和支出是职工生活水平最直接的体现。结合供给侧结构性改革下职工工作生活的现状,可归纳出改革对职工生活和心理造成了几方面影响:担心个人未来生活、收入降低、生存压力大;再就业安置,内心茫然;缺少核心竞争技能,自主创业难以实现。针对这些影响,做好职工工作的一些建议是:"先挖渠,后放水";让职工穿上"盔甲",保护自己的"软肋";增强企业"造血"功能。
Incomings and outgoings is the direct representation of the employee' s riving standard. By combining structural reform of the supply front with the current living and working situation, impacts upon the staff livelihood and psychology exerted by structural reform of the supply front are concluded out, which are worrying about the future personal life, lowering income and heavy survival pressure; re-employment settlement and being in the dark; lacking of core competitiveness and being difficult to be self-employed. In this context, there are some suggestions to offer good services to employees, such as taking precautions beforehand, teaching employees to protect their weaknesses and strengthening the enterprise' s Hematopoietic Function.
